How do I store your products?
Store chews and treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture— a pantry or cupboard is ideal. Each pouch is heat-sealed and resealable to maintain freshness. For best quality, consume within one month of opening.
Small Batch Processing
The majority of our products are made fresh in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for us to prepare your order. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days.
