Our treats are more than just air-dried or traditionally dehydrated. We use a modern, innovative technology called Gentle Drying - a patented process in Canada.

GentleDry™ is a proprietary dehydration method developed and built in Canada that gently removes moisture at near-body temperatures. This preserves the food’s natural nutrients, aromas, and textures. Unlike air drying, the GentleDry™ process takes place in a vacuum environment without oxygen, preventing oxidation and significantly reducing the risk of bacterial growth through faster, controlled drying.

Compared to freeze drying, GentleDry™ operates at a temperature that better preserves proteins and functional compounds. While freeze drying is effective for shelf life, its extreme cold can denature certain proteins and often results in a dry, powdery texture, something that can be irritating for pets to inhale or consume without added moisture. In contrast, GentleDry™ maintains the natural texture and structure of raw food, making our treats easier to digest and more palatable for pets.

Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. A pantry or cupboard is ideal. Each pouch is heat-sealed and resealable to maintain freshness. For best quality, consume within 30 to 60 days of opening.
